Are you confused about Your Immigration Options?
The First Step is to talk with someone that understands the law.
Immigration Law is complicated and the consequences of not fully understanding the law can be severe.
No matter where you are in your immigration process, the first step in understanding what immigration options you and your family may have is to discuss your situation in detail with an experienced Immigration Lawyer who understands U.S. immigration law.
Graham Prichard
As an experienced Immigration Lawyer I help people navigate the U.S. immigration system. My legal practice is focused on providing individualized advice and counsel to individuals and families seeking Permanent Residence (Green Card), Citizenship, or temporary status in the United States.
In order to give anyone meaningful advice, I believe I have to spend enough time to fully understand their life situation. This is important. The immigration system is complicated and it has only gotten more complicated because of Covid-restrictions and recent policy changes. My goal in every consultation is to identify my client's options and then help them understand the potential strategies they may have to get through the immigration process.
What My Clients Say
Elena, Daniel & Alex
"Working with Graham was great! He clearly cares about people, and instantly helped us feel at ease. We contacted him because we were feeling overwhelmed with too many unanswered questions about our "way too complicated" US/Canada immigration paperwork. He answered all our questions about our immigration options as common law partners, and how that would change if we got legally married. He gave us all the information about how to best legally extend my stay, so we could preserve our ability to visit family in the future. He empowered us with the information we needed and are now happily living together. Thank you so much Graham!"

The fee for a Consultation is $250 and lasts 90 minutes.
Why Book a Video Consultation?
The law IS complicated. There are no "One Size Fits All" answers when it comes to immigration. That’s why this 90-minute session is about detail gathering, risk evaluation and strategizing creative solutions. You come with the specifics of your situation, I bring my knowledge of the law. Together we'll identify what options you may have, discuss their pros and cons and help you make decisions about your next steps.
My goal for each consultation is for my clients to finish our meeting understanding how the immigration system may work in their case, and feeling confident that they know the next steps they need to take in their case – regardless of whether they decide to hire an attorney to assist them in the future.
Unfortunately, for some people there are no good options under the current immigration law. In those cases, after going thought all the facts of your case, I will give you honest advice about your situation.
Please contact me if you have further questions about working with me.
About Graham Prichard
As an immigration lawyer, sometimes I get to help people with the happiest of problems – a couple has fallen in love and are getting married and want to apply for a green card for the non-citizen partner. Or a U.S. citizen wants to bring their elderly parent to the United States and can’t seem to work their way through the bureaucracy of the immigration system. I care deeply about my clients and it gives me joy to help my clients navigate difficult situations. I am honored to do this work.
I have been a practicing lawyer since 2003 and have represented thousands of people in a wide variety of cases. I taught Immigration Law as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Washington & Lee Law School, and I have focused my practice on Immigration Law since 2013.
My practice is limited to U.S. Immigration & Nationality law. I am authorized to represent clients in matters of U.S. Immigration and Nationality law in all 50 States, U.S. Territories and Possessions, and all U.S. Embassies and Consulates. Licensed in Virginia and Tennessee.
